Nelson Cardoso Filho is a sculptor and painter.

His latest works are installations with giant figures city panels. The settings are about the relation of man with its envirement, the city. The majority of Nelson Cardosos latest works are done in cardboard and wood.

Cardoso had shows in Brazil, Germany, Japan and especially Portugal, where he lives. Throughout his career he made 16 solo exhibitions and inumerous collective ones.

Nelson Cardoso Filho was born in 1958 in Ribeirão Preto, Brazil. He lives and works now near Sintra in Portugal.
